Service Scope

VPN87 provides an international route subscription service for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 100+ countries and 210+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Refer to the user panel for available routes, client links, and subscription status. Coverage does not mean every route will always connect.

The service provides route access and data allowance included in the selected plan. It does not include third-party platform accounts, content rights, or membership benefits. When accessing international websites, you must still follow the target platform's account region, content licensing, and usage rules.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login and subscription details secure. Do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If you notice unusual connections or exposed credentials, update your credentials promptly and report the situation through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for devices managed by the account holder. This does not permit account sharing with multiple people. You may not resell a subscription, rent out an account, distribute subscription details, or package routes as a commercial service for others without authorization.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle plan upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. Before activation, check the price, data allowance, and billing method on the Pricing page, then confirm your order details in the panel.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for the process and details.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any region relevant to your use of the service, and ensure that you are legally permitted to use the service. You may not use VPN87 for illegal activities, to infringe others' rights, or to assist others in doing so.

You may not use the routes for network attacks, malicious scanning, distributing malware, stealing credentials, sending spam, or accessing or distributing illegal content. Do not interfere with service infrastructure, disrupt other users' connections, or circumvent plan data metering or account permission controls.

There is no device limit, but this does not grant unrestricted use of shared resources. If an action persistently affects other users' normal use, VPN87 may impose necessary connection limits and explain the reason based on the circumstances.

Service Availability and Liability

Route performance may be affected by your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, the status of destination websites, and maintenance. VPN87 does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or continued acceptance by third-party platforms of a particular exit region. Route names and usage suggestions do not guarantee ongoing access to specific content.

If you experience a problem, first check the panel status and Frequently Asked Questions, then submit a ticket if needed. You may include your device platform, selected route, and error message in the ticket. Do not include your password or complete subscription details.

You are responsible for saving important information and checking third-party transaction results. Liability for effects caused by factors outside VPN87's control will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the actual circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law or restrict any rights consumers have under applicable law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases of illegal use, resale or account sharing, infrastructure attacks, credential theft, or other serious violations of these terms, VPN87 may suspend relevant connections, restrict account features, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. Necessary risk-control measures may be taken first, with an explanation provided later through the panel.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit an explanation and relevant order details through a panel ticket. Account restrictions do not automatically cancel any refund or appeal rights you may have under applicable law. Such matters are handled under the relevant policies and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Support

VPN87 may update these terms due to service changes or legal requirements, and will note the month of the latest update on this page. Changes affecting users' important rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel, with their effective date stated. Changes will not be applied retroactively to remove rights that have already accrued lawfully.

If you do not agree to a change, stop making new use of the service and contact support through a panel ticket to ask how your existing subscription will be handled. Panel tickets are the contact channel for questions about the service, account handling, and interpretation of these terms.
